We ship carefully packaged, sealed collectible products directly to your door. Free shipping on all orders.
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Shipping to the United States: up to 10 days after shipment.

PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order items are charged at the time of order and ship as soon as stock arrives from our supplier.
Estimated release dates are provided as accurately as possible but may shift due to manufacturer or distribution delays outside our control.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it will ship together once all items are available — contact us if you'd prefer a split shipment.

RETURN POLICY
All returns must be sent within sixty (60) days of delivery, with the postmark date serving as proof of timely return.
Returned items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
Pre-order items may only be returned once shipped and delivered; cancellations before shipment are handled on a case-by-case basis.
